Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Little and little.chat (the "Service"), operated by The GPT Pros / Studio51 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Age requirement — not for children

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age and older. It is not directed to children under 13. You must not use the Service if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. What the Service is

Little lets you create or select an animated AI character, talk with it as a companion, and optionally embed it on websites you control. Characters use third-party AI voice, language, and vision models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — you are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it publicly.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have rights to any art, logos, or site content you upload or crawl.
• You must not use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, sexual content involving minors, scams, or malware.
• Embeds must only be installed on sites you own or are authorized to modify.
• You are responsible for visitor-facing messages your character produces on your sites.

4. Acceptable use & "spicy" mode

Default personality and safety settings are general-audience (13+). Explicit / adult modes are off by default and may be restricted. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Billing

Free and paid plans (e.g. Buddy) include voice-minute allowances. Voice is metered; text may be unlimited subject to fair use. Unused minutes do not roll over unless we say otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI & third parties

We use providers such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs. Their processing is necessary to run voice and chat features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific model quality.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that characters will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose (including medical, legal, or financial advice).

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your sites, your visitors' use of your embedded character, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or non-payment. Provisions that should survive (liability, indemnity, IP) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
