Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Little / little.chat ("we") collects and uses information. The Service is for users 13+ and is not directed to children under 13.

1. Information we collect

• Account: Google account email, name, and profile image when you sign in.
• Character & site data: character settings, art assets, knowledge you provide or crawl, embed configuration, and companion memories you or the system save.
• Usage: voice minutes consumed, approximate conversation metadata, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store customer/subscription identifiers, not full card numbers.
• Visitor interactions on your embed: messages sent to your character may be processed to generate replies. You are the controller for visitor data on your websites.

2. How we use information

• Provide companion chat, voice, lip sync, knowledge retrieval, and embeds
• Meter plans and prevent abuse
• Improve reliability and safety
• Communicate about the Service (e.g. billing, security)

3. AI processors

Voice and language features send prompts/audio to subprocessors such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs solely to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not allowed to process.

4. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and AI providers as needed to run the Service, with Stripe for payments, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We retain account and character data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing purposes. You may request deletion of your account.

7. Your choices

• Disconnect Google by signing out and requesting account deletion
• Delete characters, memories, and knowledge from the dashboard
• Remove the embed script from your sites at any time

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
